A modern and bright apartment in the historic center of Rome, in the Trastevere neighborhood. Recently renovated and meticulously furnished, it is located on the first floor of a period building and comprises a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a large shower, the bathroom is accessible from the living room. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, a washer and dryer, internet access, a 40-inch Smart TV (LCD), satellite TV, DVD player, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and telephone. Additional services include: housekeeping, luggage storage, and airport transportation upon request. Every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay in Rome unforgettable.
The apartment is located in a corner of Trastevere area a very quiet and safe at night.
Trastevere has an ancient history that extends all the way back to ancient Rome. The area is so gorgeous that many famous and prominent people have built homes there, including Julius Caesar's garden Villa Orti of Caesaris. Much of its construction occurred in the Middle Ages, including the expansion of its narrow streets to make room for carriages. The area still has the feel of a medieval town, which is what gives it character and appeal to visitors.
Walking through the alleys of Trastevere, one is struck by the magic that runs through the streets and fully understand the meaning of 'Eternal City'. Rome grows, expands, but continues to maintain a heart and pride inherited from 'ancient Rome.
All places of tourist interest are within a short walk, Colosseo,St.Peter Vatican, Piazza Venezia, Campidoglio, Foro Romano, Piazza del Popolo ,Circo Massimo,Fori Imperiali, Campo de’ Fiori, , the Pantheon, , Piazza Navona etc.etc,

As you don’t know exactly where you are staying when you book, this apartment was at the bottom of the Trastevere area but right next to excellent public transport options that took you most places you wanted to go to in Rome! And not many tourists!

The host was waiting as promised, gave us a thorough explanation and was available by what's app. The area looks a bit worn down and sketchy, but we did not feel unsafe. Close to train station and trams as well as a few great restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in this wonderful apartment. Our host was great and had a n amazing check in. The location was great especially for us being the first time we ever visited Rome because it was minutes from the train station. We loved the place because it had everything we wanted plus more. We were 4 adults and I have to say that the sofa bed was amazing. I would pass out every night on that bed. We either walked everywhere or jumped on the perfectly allocated tram to all the sites. We want to sat Grazie to our amazing host.
