About this cottage rental
Pretty 2 bedroom, converted barn, in a tranquil village, set within 5 acres of natural countryside. Private garden and children`s play area, including trampoline ,swings, pool (May- October) table tennis,and fields. 10 min walk to local village, bar and bakers. Ideal for families and couples.
Approx 30km to Le Mans and 10 mins drive to the pretty town of Alencon which has all amenities.
The cottage (once an old barn) has been recently renovated to a high standard. The gite provides 2 large double bedrooms with original features, a large bathroom with a roll top bath and a large separate toilet, both with heated towel radiators.
The downstairs has an original fireplace with a wood burner and original beams, providing a comfortable seating lounge for relaxing, with leather reclining sofa and chair. A LCD television SKY TV (English), playstation and surround sound DVD player
The modern kitchen has a four burner gas hob, multifunction electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and all cooking equipment.
The cottage has a private outside eating area, with picnic table, chairs, BBQ and ample parking, also a large childrens play area and large terrace.(shared with owners) set within 5 acres.There is plenty of room to run about.
There are outside lights and electricity sockets enabling guests to benefit from the outside space.
Local supermarket is just 10 mins drive , and the local Saturday market is in Fesnay sur Sarthe which is 10 mins drive.
