Newly remodeled Cozy two-story home 15 minutes west of Las Vegas Strip, this residence is in a cozy, safe, quiet and newer Spring Valley community near Rhode Ranch Golf Club. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, separate living and dining area and a large open kitchen with lots of light. Large master bedroom has a queen size bed, a queen fold-out sleeper sofa, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a nice dresser, the third bedroom has a full size bed, a desk and chair. All three bedrooms have in-room flat screen HDTV . Living room has a 55 inch large HD cable TV for your entertainment. The kitchen includes all new appliances, cookware and utensils for you to enjoy home made meals. Dining table come with 6 chairs and a bench, can easily serve 8 people. The home is ready to welcome guests for short or long stay!

Julie was great and quick to respond. The house itself was great. And had everything we needed to stay. There’s groceries, restaurants and a park around the corner.
I would have stayed longer if we could have! I definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed the stay, the location is close to many stores and restaurants, and the new Durango hotel and casino.
Julie, the owner, was easy to contact when needed and very accommodating. The living room seating could use an upgrade, but other than that everything was fine. Garage is small, though, a single car garage, our car would not fit. There’s dog parks in the neighborhood which was super nice.
