Condo was clean and comfortable with a very short walk to the beach and Broadwalk. There is no balcony in room, but there is a shared balcony overlooking a courtyard with table and chairs directly across the hall where I had my coffee in the mornings, I believe I was the only person to use this. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very nice. Kitchen was strangely ill-equipped. No baking pan. A sponge cut in half. No extra trash bags. Strange that it’s a hotel but rented by owner on part of it, but that I can get over.
Beautiful location right on Hollywood beach boardwalk. (But fyi you can’t walk your dog on the boardwalk or the beach).
Rooftop locked us out due to possible winds from a storm 150 miles away (Milton) but still charged an exorbitant resort fee.
Would I stay there again? If I got a discount and remembered to bring some items necessary for survival, yes.

I didnt like the fact that not only was i handicap, i had to scoot across the road to get to.my room because the handicap elevator was out of order and was never fixed for the 10 days we were there. Having to pay for a parking permit when valet shouldve been for the people staying there or we couldve had access to parking in the garage was ridiculous.
