The place was very clean. The host was great she responded to questions and needs quickly. The air conditioning was excellent, we all stayed nice and cool. The pool and spa were great, it kept all of us entertained all week. There was plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for all 16 of us comfortably.

This place was GREAT! Had a young adult church retreat here and the stay was excellent. Places for swimming, ultimate frisbee, pickleball, etc. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our group.

House was nice overall. Property is beautiful. The large room upstairs with all the bunk beds is great for large groups but it stayed very hot even with the AC unit on. We had to go buy fans to sleep. Needs an additional unit on that room. Master bed abd bath are beautiful but there needs to be some sort of door on the bathroom or even a curtain. Some things just require a little privacy. The pool was an added bonus and was large. We had a great time and close to the river. Plenty of parking and beautiful deer at sunset. We had a great time. This is our 26th year and as our party grows this house can accomodate our party.
