About this house rental
This beautiful modern 4 Level home in the Innsbruck Golf Resort in Alpine Helen is perfect for a large group or retreat.
The overall design of the home is modern, minimalist, and sophisticated, ideal for both family gatherings and entertaining. The spaces are well-lit with both natural and artificial lighting, and the open floor plan creates good flow between different areas of the home. Throughout the home are many consistent design elements, such as, light wood flooring, white walls, modern ceiling fans, recessed lighting, white horizontal window blinds, French doors, and clean contemporary styling.
The attic level sleeps four in two bedrooms, both with super comfortable twin XL beds, There are two bathrooms, one with bath. It also has a huge rumpus room with desk/multimedia table and swivel chairs and a large L shaped couch and TV.
The second level has four bedrooms with the master having a king size bed, beautiful ensuite bathroom and a small nursery room/closet. Added to that is a walk out balcony with sunset views over the tree tops. There are also two large king bedrooms, and a further full size bedroom sharing two bathrooms. The living area on this level has two large couches and an electric piano and guitar.
The main level is where the family/group hang out. It has huge open plan living a dining area with a 15' x 5' dining table that easily seats 16. The kitchen is a chef's delight with modern appliances, plenty of space and counter tops including four stools. Outside on the porch is a grill, high top dining table with 6 stools and an outdoor sitting area overlooking the 8th green.
The terrace level has fun in mind, with an exquisite pool table, couches, TV and a high-top gaming table with roulette, craps, cards or just used as a bar. There is also a large bedroom that sleeps 4 with either two twin XL's or when pushed together a king size bed and also has a twin bunk. The terrace level also has full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The deck on this level has a hightop, seating and a 5 person hot tub coming in January 2025.
The spacious driveway accommodates two large vehicles, with room for two more in the attached garage, conveniently located just off the kitchen.
This 8 bedroom, 6 ½ bath home sleeps 16 and is truly an entertaining delight for any larger group or family gathering.

When checking in at the Guard Gate you will be given a code for the gate during your stay. This code can also be used to access the Sports Complex amenities. For directions to Sports Complex take the first left after the guard gate and continue staying to the left to the crossroads, take a left and you will see the Pool etc.

The house is clean, well appointed and great for a large group. A suggestion though… The driveway is steep and the concrete has been built up on one side to allow access to the garage. One of us had a pretty severe fall because of that drop off, tumbling onto the concrete and down the hill. May I suggest a railing be added there to avoid anymore mishaps.

The home worked well for us and was nice, clean and the kitchen had most cookware that would be needed. Town was great with a lot of great activities. We would certainly recommend both to everyone.
