Have been going to Irish beach for many years. Stayed in various homes. This home is clean, comfortable, great for kids and dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The tree branches overhanging the driveway scraped the top of our cars so need to be trimmed. Luckily we were able to drive off the driveway to avoid them.
The house didn't have central heating and was pretty cold but there was a fireplace/stove and the owners provided space heaters. Unfortunately it wasn't safe to use any of that with an active toddler running around.
LIving area had plenty of comfortable seating, but the floors were pretty dirty; after the first few hours our 3 year old grandson's socks were black. Everything else was very clean.
The bathrooms were pretty small but very clean. Since we were there for a week it would have been nice to have extra towels so we didn't have to do laundry every couple of days.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Most of the issues we had we were able to work around. The only issue that was a real problem was the garbage. The garbage, which should have been picked up the day before we arrived, was overflowing.
