This was the perfect place to stay for a week on the beach. I went with my 6 year old and my parents. The condo was clean and well stocked and there was plenty of space for all. It was a short walk to the beach and the pier was a 20 minute walk or a short trolley ride away. We typically vacation at a different beach during the summer but after staying here, my parents have already requested that I book it again for next year!

This property was great. It was roomy enough to accommodate a family of five. There was lots of amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a nice quiet section of the beach and very easy beach access.

I love this place! It is perfect for us. Close to the beach, wonderful laundry facilities on site and close to a small grocery store. This is our second year at this property and we will be back again next year.

Pros: Close to beach, newer appliances in Condo and owner, Mary, polite and responsive.
Cons: Condo wasn't cleaned well (floors were not swept or washed, broiler in cabinet without being washed), dishwasher trips breaker when trying to use (must shut-off TV, AC, and lights).
