30 second walk to Beach, Outdoor Pool, Easy Access 1st floor, Powdery Sand

The beach was so close! It was really nice just being able to walk out with a couple bags and our chairs. No need for carts. The beach was really nice! People had plenty of room to spread out, play games, etc. It was the opposite of a crowded Jersey beach. The pier is about a 20 minute walk along the road. There are plenty of places to stop for a drink on your way! We were easily able to visit Portland and Cape Elizabeth. If you were up for over an hour drive or want a stop on the way, Olgonquit (beach town with a unique vibe) and Portsmouth, New Hampshire are lovely! Our host was very communicative and helpful. One tip is that the coin laundry listed uses credit cards, not coins. Mary mentions this in her message, but I did not see this in the actual listing. It is five dollars to wash and dry a load. The pool was really clean and private. Overall, we had a really nice time!

This was the perfect place to stay for a week on the beach. I went with my 6 year old and my parents. The condo was clean and well stocked and there was plenty of space for all. It was a short walk to the beach and the pier was a 20 minute walk or a short trolley ride away. We typically vacation at a different beach during the summer but after staying here, my parents have already requested that I book it again for next year!

This property was great. It was roomy enough to accommodate a family of five. There was lots of amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a nice quiet section of the beach and very easy beach access.

Pros: Close to beach, newer appliances in Condo and owner, Mary, polite and responsive. Cons: Condo wasn't cleaned well (floors were not swept or washed, broiler in cabinet without being washed), dishwasher trips breaker when trying to use (must shut-off TV, AC, and lights).
