About this house rental
Guests looking for a modern, comfortable stay amongst the 100-year-old oak trees will not be disappointed with 320 Hall. Newly built just two blocks East of Forsyth Park, this three-bedroom row house has every modern amenity desirable for a comfortable stay.
Just off the cobblestone-paved East Hall Street, 320 East is situated amongst a row of newly constructed town homes. After parking your vehicle safely and securely towards the back, guests enter into the wide open living area. With ample seating for the whole family and a smartTV, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out.
Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms. The first is the primary bedroom with King size bed and en suite bath. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with basketweave marble tile floors and modern light fixtures.
The second guest room features a Queen size bed and hanging closet, while the third has two bunk beds: the first with two Twins, and the second with a Twin and bottom Full. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the hall. Long stays are a breeze with a stacking washer and dryer.

I’ve stayed at a few houses in Savannah this was one of my favorites. House is spacious and very clean! Good location. I always look for a house with its own parking. This house was very secure and the parking area actually had a gate! I will definitely be back at this house!

It was not clean in general. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Marble countertops were not taken care of.
We also saw cockroaches on the lower level. 😕
The location was great. The neighbors were very nice.
