About this cottage rental
You'll love this rustic stone house, typical of the region. On the ground floor, you enter through the living room, which includes a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge (armchairs, wood-burning stove). This is followed by a bedroom separated by a removable partition, containing a single bed (90x190cm). Five steps down (with a handrail and safety gate at the top) lead to a bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room with a washbasin and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside, there is a 25m² shed for bicycles/motorcycles, a wood store, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
The courtyard is enclosed (with a swing, garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a barbecue) and opens onto the unfenced property (offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside). No Wi-Fi, but good internet access via 4G. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Bed linen (double bed): change. Towels: €6 per person: change. Located in the countryside, 8 km from Sarlat, you will stay in a house offering peace and comfort in the heart of the Périgord Noir (hiking trails starting from the town of Marcillac Saint-Quentin).
