A New Construction 4600 sq ft. cabin available starting October 2024. A gorgeous tri-level with wide porches on 2 levels. There are 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. A True Log custom built cabin located in Shagbark, a guard gated community. The lot that Tippy Top sits on is 4.5 acres on top of a ridge by itself, giving you great privacy.

Great property! Highly recommend for any large family gathering. Beautiful home. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only complaint was no hanging closet available in main floor master so had to lay clothes over side of tub. Closets is there but locked. Owner and maintenance person were great to deal with. Easy in/out. Hope to stay again next year!

Our stay was so amazing! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and view was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone and the cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed, the check in process was super easy and owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cabin.

We found several things left from previous guests, even a brush in the shower. We also found items under beds and dressers. Other than the steep drive and not the greatest on the cleanliness it was a good stay.
