Amazing panoramic view from the terrace gives a special charm to this cozy, modern and fully equipped apartment.
The apartment is 30m2, while the terrace is 40m2 sized.
This "mini penthouse" contains a bedroom with one king size bed and a sofa-bed (for extra person), a kitchen with a dining room and all necessities, as well as a bathroom with a spacious shower. Also, there is a large built-in wardrobe with a lot of space for storage in a hallway.
Free WiFi, TV set with a satellite and over 300 different TV and radio channels, air conditioning and central heating are at your disposal...
You will be served at the level of the highest-class hotels, but with the pleasure of the private space comfort and discretion.

Our flight arrived late and Asja was there waiting to greet us when we arrived at the apartment. The location was great, within walking distance from bus station!! There was a terrace with beautiful views, it was located over a bakery and the aroma from the bakery was amazing!! Our stay here was great, we would definitely stay again!!

This property offered the convenience of the city while providing quiet for relaxing when we wanted it. When property owners are as concerned with your experience as you are you know you’re in the right place. It was comfortable, convenient, and afforded us parking: not always easy to find! We’d definitely return. Asja is a lovely hostess.

Asja, our hostess, is wonderful! She patiently awaited our arrival, provided all the information required and was available should we require any further help. The apartment was cozy and very clean and just right for a couple. Being able to sit out on the large terrace was a bonus. The location is great with good restaurants and amenities close by. We will recommend this apartment to our friends and would definitely stay there again.
