This spacious Tampa retreat features a stunning backyard oasis with a large pool, lit-up gazebo, hammock, corn hole, putting green, and grill—perfect for lounging or entertaining. Inside, enjoy two cozy living rooms with a fireplace. The attached private studio unit includes its own entrance, king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and living space. Just minutes from downtown, top dining, shopping, and attractions—everything Tampa offers is right at your fingertips!
The space:
Whether you're on vacation with the family or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! Located just 15 minutes from Lowry Park Zoo and USF, 20 minutes to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Curtis Hixon Park, Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Florida Aquarium, and more! A 25-minute drive to the Airport and International Mall, and only 45-60 minutes to Clearwater & St. Pete Beach.
This newly renovated tropical retreat offers a large, private pool that is open year-round, a putting green, and a gazebo with patio seating and a dining area with a grill for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a sectional sofa, smart TV, board games, a Wheel of Fortune Arcade machine, and an electric heated fireplace. The fully remodeled kitchen features island seating, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and baby utensils. There’s also a kitchen table with seating for 4 and a dining table that seats 6, perfect for group meals.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, shampoo, and conditioner.
The second bedroom offers another king-sized bed and a smart TV, along with a large dresser and closet.
The second full bathroom includes essentials, a bathtub, and a shower head.
The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, dedicated workspace, and a closet.
The fourth bedroom is a large studio unit connected to the main house. It is a king sized bed with a closet, ceiling fan, electric fireplace, and TV. There is also a couch in the room that pulls out into a bed. You will also find an air mattress in the room as well as a kitchenette with a microwave, induction stove, and a fridge!
The third bathroom is located in the studio unit and contains a walk in shower.
Additional amenities include high-speed internet, full access to WIFI and TV, a washer and dryer, and an ironing board. For families, you'll find a pack-and-play crib and baby bath in the master bedroom closet, as well as extra blankets, towels, sheets, and two large air mattresses that can accommodate four guests in the hallway supply closet.
The backyard oasis is perfect for lounging poolside, grilling, and enjoying a tropical view in total privacy.

There is no smoking in the property. Smoking fee of $300 will be charged.

We enjoyed staying here! The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week! Dean was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for your next trip to Tampa!

We are a family of 8 who were in town over the Memorial Day weekend to see some Rays baseball games (which they won them all!). The house was very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved hanging by the pool and cabana area. The host was very accommodating and good with communication. Would stay again!
