Our stay was wonderful relaxing. Our condo was clean & beds were very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that there were no beach chairs included with the condo. I was under the impression that they were included but told by the chair rental hut that they weren’t included.

We travel to Panama City Beach frequently and truly love the area. Emerald Beach Resort is a great resort with a wonderful location, and we enjoyed being in PCB as always. However, this particular condo was not our best experience.Check-in was not available until 4:30 PM, which is the latest check-in time we have ever had for a PCB stay. The condo was clean enough on the surface, but it felt more wiped down than truly deep cleaned. Because the dishwasher did not wash well, several dishes in the cabinets were dirty.The unit itself felt like an investment property that has not been given the same care or attention as other condos we have stayed in. Only two burners on the stove worked, the refrigerator ice maker did not work, and the washer, dryer, and dishwasher were all poor quality. The beds and TVs were also older. We did not try the oven.Another disappointment was that there were no beach chairs, pool towels, or beach towels provided. In all of our years staying in PCB, we have never stayed in a condo that did not include at least some basic beach items or towels for guests.The location and resort are great, and with more care and updates, this condo could be wonderful. Unfortunately, it felt more like staying in a basic hotel room than a well loved beach condo.
