Great home base for a 3-night trip to Colorado Springs. Amazing view & adorable bunnies hopping around. Clean hot tub, perfect for relaxation after hiking. Comfortable bed. Well-stocked coffee bar was a plus and fun to play a few rounds of pool. Street parking was fine. Very nice neighborhood. For those that may be uncomfortable w owner living above, it was no problem at all, and I honestly thought it was nice should we have needed assistance, which we didn't. All communication was through the app. There were several nice notes around the unit to help us navigate everything needed. I would book again.

Great view. The pool table was a really cool addition too. Very clean and lots of extra little amenities. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful and comfortable. The check-in and out process was super easy, so much so I never needed to speak to the host... however, we felt very welcomed by all the notes and small touches in the place. We particularly loved the recommendations left for places to go... they informed a large part of our trip! Would recommend... we had a lovely time.
