Our home is one of the only 1500 licensed rental homes in Las Vegas. Legislation has changed in Las Vegas, so with booking our home you can be rest assured your reservation is secure.
Fully sanitized and deep cleaned prior to your arrival. We use disinfected wipes on everything, hot water and detergent for linens and towels, floors disinfected. Keyless entry to the home. We also have a hospital grade HEPA filtration system and UV light built into the air ducts to ensure clean air indoors. We also include complimentary water dispenser cooler (also instant hot water) with 5 gallon bottle to get you started. Keurig coffee machine with latte maker included.
We see this home as something of a 5-star a-lister; a pinnacle of style with all the glitz of Vegas and a slew of features that appeals to every last passerby. Very near the storied Strip, but tucked away neatly in a quiet cul-de-sac for much-needed privacy...we call her Marilyn Monroe .
The unassuming facade notwithstanding, there’s plenty to ooo and aah over here, both within the walls and out the back door. You don’t have to know how to marry a millionaire to live like one. This space has ample room to please. It's a home that’s been built to last and remodeled to please. With a total capacity for the comfy settling in of up to 12 people, you’re not wanton for room to move. No such thing as “too many cooks” in the kitchen...this chef’s haven is open arms and fully stocked: top-notch appliances, plenty of counter space for the chopping, and everything you need to whip up a starlet-worthy brunch and a cup of coffee (because some like it hot).
Four bedrooms will spoil guests with private baths and showers that accommodate everyones comfort. A game room with a 30ft Shuffle board, professional pool table, poker table and five (5) new flat screens throughout the home will ensure that a merry night in (Marilyn-movie marathon and a tub of popcorn, anyone?) is entirely possible. And, not unlike our favorite leading lady, this home is easy on the eyes and smart: Bluetooth capabilities on the main television for smartphones, tablets, and the like; remote heating options on the pool/hot tub; keyless entry to the home, etc.
A fabulous backyard, Think: wide-open space, replete with palm trees, pool, jacuzzi, and a full size basketball court. Perfect place to sunbathe (don’t gentlemen prefer bronze?). It’s ripe for gatherings of any kind, so feeding the masses won’t be difficult--with plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ island. LED lighting for the trees, pool, and jacuzzi make for a setting that wows, both day and night.
If you’re seeking a spot with access to all sides of Las Vegas--be it the newest hotels, Fremont street, Red Rock, or a quiet spot for some serious sun soaking--this one’s bound to blow your skirt up.

This home is custom built equipped with 5 star amenities, private luxury view, single story, 4 bedrooms with two masters and 3.5 bath. setting with unobstructed 180 degree stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip and a full length multi-sport game court, including a basketball/tennis court.
This gorgeous 3500 Sq. ft. features include outdoor and indoor gas fireplaces, Italian leather sofas, memory foam mattresses, and brand new imported Italian floors throughout the home. It also comes with a full size laundry room with a large Samsung washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent. All towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner body wash, hair dryers, iron are all included for your convenience.
Master bedrooms are both very large and private, perfect for sharing amongst family or colleagues. Jacuzzi deep soaking baths, travertine imported tile flooring and walk-in showers, chrome fixtures, and custom walk-in closets in all bedrooms!
Each master and bedrooms also have a new large flatscreen Smart TV's with Satellite and Direct TV with over 150 digital channels including satellite radio, free movies and DVR for recording. Fine soft towels, Egyptian cotton sheets, pillows and memory foam mattresses are also included in every bedroom. For those who need a place to work there is a workstation for your convenience and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Spacious with plenty of room for six people. The property was clean and fully stocked with basic kitchenware, sheets and towels. We particularly enjoyed The game room as well as the hot tub. Property host was very responsive during our stay. Thank you to the property host, I highly recommend this property as a great alternative to a strip resort.

The location and setting were perfect for two families travelling together. Our kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool was perfect. It is also close to everything without needing to get stuck in so much of the traffic that is around Vegas.

Arrived at the property with a code that didn't work. Quickly got the correct one but the lack of communication with the property manager was concerning. House was great but needed maintenance. Many lights were fall

The house was clean but needed some TLC. We didn’t have hot water for a day, the pool was green, the Jack and Jill bath had shower issues and the master bedroom had 2 queen beds in it. The beds were not very comfortable.
