About this apartment rental

Welcome to my home!

Close to the Welsh capital, Cardiff, and within a few miles of Cardiff International Airport, this former Coach House was converted by maintaining as much of the original building's fabric and features as possible. It added a more modern touch to the house while staying true to its authentic ambience and features.

The living room has a sofa and set of chairs, a TV, a log burner and a TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a tiring day. If you wish to grab some fresh air, you can lounge in the private courtyard via the bi-fold doors, which are equipped with a seating area for your comfort.

The bedrooms each contain a double bed and a king bed. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: Bedroom 2 is subject to a planning condition that means the window is obscured and must remain closed unless used as an exit in the case of an emergency.

Guests have access to the entire property.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

The property is located just off the High Street of the historic market town of Cowbridge. The area has many attractions, like the Old Beaupre Castle, Hensol Woods, and various restaurants and bars, including the popular Penny Farthing pub. There are also several lovely cafes in the area, including Arboreal, which is perfect for a leisurely breakfast or afternoon tea. The Coach House is an ideal base for exploring the site, and several charming castles are nearby.

Cowbridge is 10 miles from Cardiff Airport and is well-serviced by the X2 bus services to the Welsh capital Cardiff stopping at Cardiff Train Station, which directly benefits London and the national rail network. Ample on-street parking is close to the property, and taxi services are available from local companies and Uber.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Overall really enjoyed staying there for our 10 days in Cowbridge. We travel to Cowbridge regularly and would be very happy to stay there on a future trip.

Loved everything about our stay, wait until you see the bathrooms WOW : The most beautiful Renovated Coach House, cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, from the most Amazing Welcome Basket, to the most well appointed rooms, with all mod cons, we didn’t need for anything, perfectly located to the amazing of Cowbridge Town , loved our stay 🐉🥂💞 Everything was perfect 👍
