With 150 m² of living space, the vacation home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people, making it the ideal place to stay for a relaxing vacation with friends or family. Perfect location: The house is situated above the Skiwiese in Braunlage and serves as an ideal starting point for outdoor activities in Braunlage and the Harz Mountains.

In the spacious dining area, with a stunning view over Braunlage, you’ll find a soapstone stove. From the dining area, you can access the stylish and light-filled living room, which features a sofa, armchairs, and a TV. From here, you can also enjoy a breathtaking view and truly unwind and relax in the evening. The modern, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for cooking together.

Upstairs, there are three separate and lovingly furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed. The brightly tiled bathroom, flooded with natural light, is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. An additional guest restroom is also available.

The basement features an outdoor kitchen and a washing machine. From the outdoor kitchen, you can step out onto the patio, which is furnished with outdoor furniture, a grill area, and a fire pit. Here you can spend relaxing summer evenings or start your vacation days with a hearty breakfast in the sun.

A garage for bicycles or a motorcycle, as well as two parking spaces on the property, are available for your use.
