The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! We will be going back. I can’t say enough great things about this home. We loved it. Everything is clean and nicely decorated! 10/10 is our rating!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this property and it does not disappoint. We brought our dog, Sadie, this time and it was perfect for her too. Great location and the golf cart makes going to the beach so convenient. We’ll definitely book again!

Lovely, pet friendly and good amenities available. Great location and has a golf cart to go to the beach. Don’t recommend driving on the beach. We just parked it and walked down. Located right behind Long Bills pizza joint.

Our overall experience with our beach trip was a good one. The house was very clean and roomy for our group of 4 adults. The location on Cape San Blas was also what we were looking for and as advertised.
We did have an issue with the amenities advertised. We did not have access to the golf cart as it was being repaired. However, Pioneer Ridge Vacations made good on that with a credit offer from a rental shop on Cape San Blas. Which we appreciated.
We were disappointed in the condition of the beach gear that went with the rental. The beach umbrella and canopy were not usable. The umbrella fell apart when we took it out. All of the upper tines were disconnected from the top of the umbella. The canopy also has issues with the arms falling out of the main center post. The plastic on it was broken which kept the arms from staying in place. We had to rent beach gear. The beach chairs and bikes were also very rusted. We had to fix one of the bike handle bars before we could use it. One of the reasons for choosing that house was use of amentities.
We all liked the house and location just disappointed in the condition of the amenities. I would suggest that those things are taken a look at monthly or beginning of season to make sure they are usable. If that is done then this would be a 5 star location. If those amenities are not what you need for your trip then this is a great spot. And working with Pioneer Ridge Vacations was very easy to do.
