Step into a beautiful gulf front condo and enjoy the large balcony with gulf front views, right from the 8th floor! No long waits on the elevator at the Calypso Beach Resort!
This 8th floor end unit at the Calypso Resort & Towers, combines breath taking ocean front views and a boutique design feel of upscale furnishings with plenty of seating and enough room for everyone to sprawl out and relax.
Interior: Well lit and spacious, this condo is designed with a modern feel, bamboo wood floors, designer mirrors and touches throughout, and contemporary beach paintings.
The deluxe gulf front king bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and HBO, DVD player for movie watching, night stands with extra lamp lighting, and a large dresser. A private master suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, separate tub and stand up shower, built in blow dryer and luxury bath towels to dry off with. In this king bedroom you will also find amazing views of the emerald coast and wall to wall sliding glass doors that open straight onto your wrap around balcony. Sunlight pours in during the day lit hours and at night just pull across the “blackout curtains” for relaxation in the evening and dreamy nights.
The second bedroom is a luxury queen bed, located non-gulf front with comfortable bedding, a flat screen TV & HBO, night stand and alarm clock, small dresser and closet, and this one shares the hallway full bath.
Your living room has 2 designer sofas, of which one is a sleeper, a dining table seating six, along with high definition TV, and HBO is even included. The kitchen provides for a well stocked chef’s delight of every tool and gadget needed to cook, if you rather stay in while vacationing. It has a toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee pot, cookware, dishes, flatware and glassware, with large refrigerator, oven and stove. Lastly, there is a full washer and dryer if you need to do some laundry.

The property was beautiful. It’s in a good location and was a great price. We originally booked for the week of Fourth of July but something came up and we asked to swap dates and he was very accommodating. When we arrived the condo was very clean. While we were there the fridge stopped cooking and the freezer stopped working so in was an inconvenience but he did reimburse us for all our groceries. The only negative I have it that not all information was disclosed to us before our trip. Like that he had beach chairs and umerellas that came with the unit on the beach. We packed chairs to bring and if we had known he had them before hand, tha would have saved room in our car. He did not give us this information until we were about to check in.

We absolutely love staying at the calypso we stay here every year. And it never disappoints. This condo was gorgeous and so clean. I would def stay here again. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Great vacation!. The only thing I could say is the beds are very hard. So if you’re a pick sleeper like me bring a mattress pad.

We enjoyed our stay. BJ was very nice and always responded to questions before our trip. The condo was clean. some furniture items and fixtures need to be updated. The condo was very comfortable and we would stay there again.

Overall, we enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean, perfect view, convenient location, and comfortable. The only problem we had was checking in. BJ, the property contact, failed to send us the code until 1 hour past time to check in. In my opinion, any excuse for this is not acceptable. After numerous phone calls, emails, and text. I did receive the access code. Will we rent this unit again?....time will tell.
