Welcome to your Music City home base, set in the historic Spence Manor on Music Row.
Legend has it that Elvis once rented the entire top floor of this building while he was recording in Nashville, and guests love staying in a former recording studio. Music legends passed through these halls. Now it’s your turn to spend a few days in the neighborhood where Nashville’s sound was made.
This bright, stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps 4 and is made for a relaxing stay. Sleep well in two comfortable queen bedrooms, cook in the remodeled kitchette, and unwind in the soaking tub at the end of the day. Outside, cool off in the building’s famous guitar-shaped swimming pool (seasonal), where our guests often tell us they have it nearly to themselves.
The location is easy: restaurants and coffee are right across the street and on the next block, Vanderbilt is about a 9-minute walk, and the Gulch, Hillsboro Village, and downtown are only minutes away. The airport is about 10 minutes by car. After a night out on Broadway, you’ll come home to a quiet street and a good night’s sleep, which our reviewers mention often.

Broadway is about a mile away, an 18-minute walk. Many guests enjoy the stroll there and grab a short rideshare back.
Covered parking for one vehicle. Be advised, oversized vehicles might have difficulty maneuvering.
This is a residential building, so please keep the hallways quiet out of respect for the neighbors who live here year-round. No glass at the pool.

Great location and cute condo! Loved that it was previously a recording studio and had character! Quick trip downtown and close to airport. We had a car but there is a lot within walking distance too. Owners communication was excellent - we would definitely stay here again!

Love the location, coffee and drinks are within walking distance. We walked to Broadway and Uber back to our place which was great. Quite at night! if we come back we would stay here again. Our host was amazing!

I went with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend so two double rooms was excellent. Beds were comfortable, very quiet, no traffic noise (apartment is on the top floor). Shower was powerful. Nice to have two seating areas. Cooked twice while there and had breakfast in, which was nice. Parking is underneath the apartment block. Pool a good size, quite a lot of pollen in the pool but time of year. Walk to Broadway in 25 minutes. Excellent apartment.
