Nakai Peak 41B is a modern 2BR/2BA condo boasting breathtaking, elevated views of the Rocky Mountains and Mary’s Lake. Enjoy a front-row seat to world-class mountain scenery, with quick, convenient access to the shoreline for fishing.
The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep.
The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks.
The guest bedroom features a king bed, a TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
Unwind on the private deck and take in the dramatic mountain scenery from the comfort of your own hot tub. Nakai Peak 41B is the ultimate mountain retreat, perfectly blending the comforts of home with spectacular scenery.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs (if applicable), 4-5 dishwashing pods (if applicable), liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

The property had a great location that was very near the national park, downtown, and many restaurants. The layout was perfect for us and matched the description very well. The property had everything we needed and was easy to check in and check out. The host communicated effectively and solved issues efficiently. I would give this property five stars except toward the end of the week, we had some people move in upstairs. The noise from their footsteps and more importantly, their plumbing was significant. So, the bottom line was that this was a five star property when you don’t have anybody above you, but it became a three star property when people were upstairs. So overall - a 4.

This condo was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Town was easily accessible. Lots of fun wildlife views right from the deck/hot tub. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with!
