The location of the apartment is perfect, you can easily walk to all of the Florence hot spots. The apartment was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Cosimo was a gracious host and easy to correspond with. Highly recommend!

We rented this apartment solely on others reviews. It did not disappoint. Location, location, location. Cosimo was an excellent host. Once you learn the lay of the land everything is a 15-20 minute walk. If you need to catch a bus it’s a 2 minute walk. We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment and had no issues. I highly recommend this apartment if you come to Florence.
