About this apartment rental
Lovely apartment located on the ground floor of a XVII century townhouse, in the historical heart of Dijon surrounded by the main museums, restaurants, shops, the open-air market, the tourist office, etc
It's a very light and open place due to its dual aspect, with a view on a lovely courtyard.
A delightful combination of the ‘workshop’ character (glass separations) with elegant décor, comfort and modernity.
The high speed internet connexion allows to work very easily from the apartment or to download important films or videos.
I will be more than happy to welcome each of my guests warmly and personally so that I can present the apartment and answer most of their questions. However please be reassure that I will be respecting all the sanitary mesures, wearing a mask and putting some gel at disposal.
'Le Loisy' is a high standard self-catering apartment encompassing:
- a double bedroom with elegant decor (2 single beds 80x200 or 1 double bed 160x200)
- a luxury bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath for relaxing moments, a large walk-in shower and two bassins
- a spacious and bright living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area
'Le Loisy’ is fully equipped with a high standard equipment:
- oven, dish washer, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, Jacuzzi tub, washing machine and tumble dryer
- free and unlimited high speed WiFi access
- flat screen HD TV with access to more than 100 channels, DVD player, Hi-Fi, free phone calls to landlines in more than 100 countries
- iron, ironing board and hairdryer
- some children toys and board games
- cot and high chair
'Le Loisy’ will comfortably accommodate 2 more guests with the sofa bed in the living room.
Parking:
Parking Trémouille (24/24) is a safe and secure underground car park located 300 metres from Le Loisy (3 minutes walking distance).
The price is about 32 euros for one week.
You can also choose to park rue de la Préfecture or in other streets, but please be aware you will have to pay and display regularly.

The host was amazing in communications and help. I had a personal emergency and she contacted a business to take care of my issue upon arrival.Besides the fantastic communication, the place was wonderful and in a close to everything spot... bakery around the cirner and cafes all around!

Le Loisy is very nice, and it’s in a great location. It is well furnished. The espresso machine didn’t work, and we would have needed to meet the agent in the middle of the day for her to check it out, which didn’t work for us. Also, she couldn’t demonstrate how the older oven worked. Otherwise, it was a great place!

Loved this stay in Dijon over all of our other stays. Our daughter lives here and so we know the area … this is in the center of it all while still being quiet. The place is lovely as is the hostess. It is clean and large and thoughtfully laid out. The amenities are also clever and they have a place for everything. We plan to stay with Viviane again. Truly perfect. Thank you.

The property was right in the middle of the pedestrian historical district of Dijon and most everything was a 10 minute walk or less. It was charming with many convenient features and very homey. Our host kept in touch with us, welcomed us at the door when we arrived and was very easy to work with. Dijon is a beautiful city and we would stay here again if we return.
