Welcome to Sutton place. We are a 4 bedroom and 2 bath house close to lake Powell, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, and the Grand Canyon located in Page Arizona. The house provides 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 rooms both with queen size beds and a kids room that has a full futon and twin bunk bed set.
Our home is fully furnished with everything you will need to relax after the life changing experience that is northern Arizona. Don’t let our small quite town fool you! There is plenty to do once the sun goes down. Just a short walk from this house and you will land directly in the middle of all the action.

A great stay in a comfy, clean, and roomy house! The AC worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and our dogs enjoyed the nice back yard!

We enjoyed our stay and this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Anything we needed or might need was available. The communication with the host was easy and he responded quickly. We were there for a car show and the parking was perfect for too “old” cars. The owner found us at the show and introduced herself and asked how everything was going. Super friendly. Will definitely do this again! Thanks Josh!

The home was clean, the kitchen had all I needed for cooking, and the washer and dryer were great.

House is spacious and adequate for a family. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped.
Host is readily available and responsive to needs. He quickly replaced damaged pots and pans during our stay and was open to a later check out when we first thought we might need one.
It is an older house that could benefit from a deeper cleaning at some intervals between multiple rentals.
