Open house concept. Pool is the star of the house! Porch, patio and living room are a step from the pool. It's the perfect place to enjoy being around family and friends. Due to it's open concept you can watch tv from the pool or while cooking., or if you feel like it, get up from the couch and jump right into the pool!!
The house is conveniently located a block away from the beach, and only a 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars in downtown Bucerias.

This property is a must stay! Just stayed here beginning of Dec 2023. It is exactly what it looks like in the photos and is unbelievable. This trip staying at this house was the best trip we ever had. Cynthia (property owner)....THANK YOU! I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond helping make a birthday celebration the best day ever. Helping me find florists, and plan a great day. 5 star stay all around!

This place is amazing! Everything I needed in one place. The sun is right on the pool from 11am-5pm. It is cool at first but definitely heats up after a hot day. I personally like that the pool isn’t heated (or at least not turned up high) because the sun is soooo hot it’s nice to dip in to cool your skin. Love the sliding window doors to the house… admired those every day! We had a truly amazing time here. Absolutely love Cynthia’s style!
The washer & dryer are in the back behind the black screen door!! (I couldn’t find it at first but everything you need to do laundry back there)
I give this place 10/10 all day. Cynthia is a wonderful host and a great communicator. I suggest you talk with her on Whatsapp before you arrive, very easy way to communicate. I did not need anything while I was here, but Cynthia was in close communication the entire time to ensure we were comfortable.

Cynthia was a great host. She arranged for transportation to 3 places for us. She attended to our fresh water needs. The property is secluded and safe. The place was exactly as the pictures showed. The only drawback was the construction behind us, as there was all over Bucerias. Definitely worth returning to.
