Les plus :
La vue depuis le séjour et la chambre, le petit balcon et l'emplacement calme et à proximité des remontées. Bonne température dans le logement une fois tous les chauffages à fond. Fonctionnel, mais sans plus.
Les moins :
L'insonorisation, la vétusté de l'appartement au niveau des meubles et des finitions. A part la table du salon, tous les meubles sont branlants et mériteraient vraiment d'être réparés ou remplacés (chaises, tabourets, lampes, poignées de portes, porte d'entrée qui frotte, portes qui grincent). Manque un minimum de deco et d'aménagement pour se sentir vraiment bien. La douche au niveau du robinet qui est dangereux surtout pour les enfants car le réglage eau chaude/eau froide ne fonctionne pas bien et la puissance du jet n'est pas réglable.
Nous avons tout de même passé un bon et agréable séjour.
