Natural light pours through the sliding glass lanai doors, illuminating and opening this modern, beachy Honolulu studio.

Easily prepare meals and beverages at the remodeled, fully-equipped kitchenette that has stylish wood cabinetry, a full sink, 3-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster. Indoor and outdoor dining available at your pleasure on the covered lanai.

Morning coffee and sunset cocktails taste better outside! Savor them on the lanai, enjoying ocean breezes while looking out to the palm trees with sunset sky.

There are two public parking garages under each of the towers on property with approximately 15 stalls each. Parking in Waikiki fills up towards the dinner hour. Tower 1 public parking garage is located at 2463 Kuhio Ave Honolulu, HI 96815. Look for the sign that says “Public Parking”. If one parking lot is full try the other parking garage under tower 2 located at 2450 Prince Edward St, Honolulu, HI 96815 look for the sign that says “Public Parking.” Garage height clearance is 5’9. This Public Parking Garage is pay to park. $2- 30 Min, $4 - 1 hr and $30 - 24hrs.

Honolulu County Transient Accommodations Tax: 3% of room rate
General Excise Tax: 4.712% of room rate

Host communicated very well. No surprises. Unit is clean and simple. Building ideally situated close to restaurants, great retail outlets, things to do. 5 - 10 minute walk to Anything you could want. The beach was a 5 minute walk which was fantastic. One thing I would say is the AC unit could be quieter but we got used to it. Ideal for the two nights we stayed Jan 18 -20 2026.
