About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place and practice your golf swing! Welcome to this lovely home just off the 18th hole. Tucked away in a private gated community this luxurious home features 3 spacious bedrooms, including oversized primary suite with 5-piece bath, high ceilings, open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, cozy fireplace and private office space. Step out on the large deck to enjoy the peaceful back yard while sipping your favorite beverage or staring at the stars.
Upon entering the house you are greeted by a long hallway with doors on either side. There is a shoe and coat rack and luggage bench.
To the right is the first bedroom featuring a Smart TV and Queen size bed with closet.
Directly across from the first bedroom through the French doors is the private office with desk, shelving, a printer and more.
Next to the office in the same hallway is the guest bathroom with sink, toilet and tub/shower combo.
Further down the hallway is the second bedroom featuring a Queen size bed and closet. There is no TV in this room.
Stepping back out to the main hallway you will find the laundry room on the right with a full-size washer and dryer.
Continue down and the home opens up to the large great space with fully equipped kitchen including fridge with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, stove, coffee bar with Keurig and large food pantry.
Living room features a gorgeous piano for guests to use, respectfully. No food or drink around the piano, please! The cozy gas fireplace operates simply with a switch and provides warmth for the chilly PNW evenings.
The dining room has a table for 6 with comfortable seating.
Off the living room to the left is the primary suite. This oversized suite features a California King bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, chest, chair, night stands and dresser. The primary bathroom is a luxurious space with a double vanity, large storage closet, walk in closet, private toilet and large soaking tub - perfect space for relaxing after a day on the course!
Step out to the expansive back yard deck from the dining room which includes ample seating, a grill and tables. The grass lawn is perfect for yard games. Sip on wine, crack a beer or enjoy a warm cup of coffee in this peaceful oasis.
Guests can access the whole property excluding the garage.
