Long Ledge is situated in Bembridge and is just around the corner from Forelands Beach and is comfortably furnished throughout with kitchen, lounge/diner, conservatory, 1 super king bedroom with en-suite shower, 2 twin bedrooms (twin beds are zip n link) 1 with en-suite shower and family shower room. The house also benefits from plenty of off road parking, and an enclosed garden.
Located, within walking distance of this unspoilt sailing village as well as sandy beaches and the harbour where you can undertake fishing trips. The Crab and Lobster Inn is in close proximity of the property and is tucked away on Bembridge Ledge with a garden overlooking the sea where you can dine in a relaxing environment with breathtaking views.

What a delightful find Long Ledge has been this week. Over the years we have always stayed at recommended property's from
Island Holiday Homes and this year their offer of Long Ledge did not disappoint. From walking into the property on our first day we felt 'at home' immediately with the bright decor and all the very comfortable furniture. There was also had the bonus of a conservatory overlooking the back garden complete with raised decking with all the outdoor furniture. We loved this property so much we have already booked it for next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Long Ledge. As one time inhabitants of the Island it was an ideal place from which to visit old haunts, old friends and Bembridge is a delightful blend of artisan shops (fishmonger, bakers, delicatessen) and convenience stores.

perfect place to stay for the IOW festival - 30 mins drive into Newport but it was nice to go back to peace and quiet. Few cobwebs and mirrors were very smeary but apart from that, house was perfectly adequate.

A nice comfortable property. The excellent quality of the roads (ie very few potholes ) made driving a delight.
