Ti Suzana–170 m² family farmhouse, large garden, beach 3 km away, all-inclusive

Ti Suzana is a spacious, detached Breton farmhouse of 170 m², bright and comfortable, situated 3 km from the beaches of Brignogan, on the Côte des Légendes.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is particularly suitable for holidays with family or friends, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet, the space, and a large, flower-filled garden with no neighbours opposite.
The house features a large, bright living room, a large traditional stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, relaxation areas, a TV/games mezzanine, and an arcade game. It offers a cosy setting for summer holidays, long weekends, off-season breaks or family moments gathered round the fire.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. Bicycles are also available: 2 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes in different sizes.
The beaches, walking trails, Pontusval Lighthouse, Meneham and Brignogan-Plages are all within easy reach. The house is an ideal base for exploring the Côte des Légendes, the sandy beaches, rocky landscapes, local markets and seaside walks.
The price is all-inclusive: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, Wi-Fi, water, electricity and heating for normal use are included.
Pets are welcome, provided they are kept under control and do not cause any damage to the house or garden. The garden must be left clean, and pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
Not included: electric vehicle charging, extra cleaning due to excessive wear and tear or pets, damage, and any additional linen or cleaning requested during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outside.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but guests must leave the house in a normal state of use: washing up done and put away, rubbish bins taken out as instructed, fridge emptied, barbecue cleaned if used.
The fireplace may be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the house. It must be supervised at all times whilst lit.
Bicycles are provided free of charge. Guests are responsible for their use. Please check their condition before use and return them clean and tidied away.
