About this house rental
The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in La Trinité-sur-Mer, with a surface area of 120 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 500 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms, each with a pull-out bed
- A second bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha grill, dryer, fan.
Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray 13 km (18 min by car)

Autonomous arrival mandatory: Access to accommodation is from 5:00 pm. Keys are to be collected from a key box on site.
