About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr offers you this traditional 100 m² longère in Carnac, close to the alignments, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 22 m² living room (with fireplace and wood supplied), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, a bathroom and a shower room, and an 800 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 22 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker...
- Three bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful, quiet 800 m² garden + terrace with furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Carnac, in very pleasant and quiet surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray station 15 km away (22 min by car)
