The house is a rustic old recently and tastefully renovated about 80 square meters.
The property is on two floors connected by a staircase. The upper floor is used as a sleeping area with bathroom and three bedrooms with sea views. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with all amenities, dining room complete with sofa and beautiful crystal table.
This is a very charming local hollow in the rock that makes the house unique in its kind.
Opposite the house is a very private landscaped open space, from where you observe the coast and where to consume the lunch will be an unforgettable experience.
In support of the house there is a terraced plot of 800 square meters in the countryside and a small outbuilding.
THE HOUSE IS LOCATED 400 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL, TO REACH IT YOU NEED TO TAKE A 5 KM HILL ROAD
Here the ocean view is spectacular. It can be outdoors surrounded by flowers and plants.
The area is very scenic and quiet reigns.
Here we will appreciate chairs, chairs, a small table and a barbecue.

Very nice House in small authentic village. Great view.

We had a great time in Marco's house.The view from the upper terrace is really gorgeous.The lower terrace at the house also offers a beautiful view.However, you should be good on foot in any case.Whether you park on the street above the house, or below the house, you overcome some steps and slopes.The road below the house, which you can use to load the car, is not for scaredy driver and with larger SUV definitely not passable.
We had during our stay a small technical problem that we ourselves, could not solve.Marco was after our message within 20 minutes there.With the support of his father, the problem was fixed.
A perfect and very sympathetic host.The description of the house corresponds 100% to reality.You live in an original Tuscan mountain village, among Italians.The way to the house leads over a serpentine road.From Viareggio you drive 20 minutes
In the house is so far everything available that you need to cook.Marco has provided us for the first evening directly with pasta, wine and coffee.A good wine selection is available for a very fair price in the house.
Our rating: Top location for a relaxing vacation, away from all the hustle, but who likes is also quickly in Viareggio.

We had a great time at Marcos house. The house is small but definitely enough space for up to four people. It's very cozy and has everything you need for your trip. Even a filled wine-cave. In the surrounding area in Santa Lucia we found an amazing restaurant called Osteria Il Vignaccio which we loved. Because of the location of the house it's easy to get around in Tuscany and Linguria. All in all we enjoyed our stay on the small mountain village a lot. But there is one thing you will always need a car to get around which was a bit annoying.
We wish Marco just the best and hope to back some day.
