About this house rental
2200 square foot 1980's home in a quiet neighborhood near medical center. Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large backyard, playground for children, nice covered patio and garden.
Home is Centrally located, 15 minutes from Lackland and airport, 20 minutes from downtown/riverwalk, 15 minutes from Sea world, 1 mile from HEB. 10 minutes from La Cantera and The Rim shopping center. House is 2 miles from UT Health Science Center, 5 miles from UTSA, 2 miles from USAA. Within 3 miles of all Medical Center Hospitals including Methodist, St Luke Baptist, Cancer Therapy Research Center, and Christus Santa Rosa.
Neighborhood consists of a large park that has soccer fields, large playground, tennis courts and basketball courts within 2 miles. Home is close to Martha's restaurant, Regent Chinese restaurant, Chick-fil-a, Marcos's pizza and Starbucks.
House has 2 Smart TV's with free wifi, central heat and AC, full kitchen. Washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer and coffee maker. We provide gourmet coffee beans, assorted sweeteners and creamer. Our home has a water softener system in place and a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. Home is family/kid friendly, suitable for events. Outdoor patio has 2 ceiling fans with lights and is a great place for relaxing with family and friends!

10 days stay in san antonio to visit family all over the area. Good location. Nice house with extras that we didnt need,,,for kids.bloved for the 2 ofvus.

Cute house! Very homey and we had a great visit there. It's absolutely great for kids as well. Super cute playground that is in really good shape. You have to bring lots of Cutter for mosquitos are really tough at times as there is a lot of trees etc. The property owners are so nice and it was really nicely located near what you need. Lastly, had some of the best Thai food of my life locally.
