VERY cute place (we had the downstairs unit). Squeaky clean. Everything labled and organized. Friendly landlord (came by to cut the grass). Quiet neighborhood. Walk to the river in one minute, to the beach in five. No view of either one. Stocked with most everything we needed. Could use a new larger frying pan. Ad said they only had sheets, so we brought sleeping bags. Didn't need them - they had lots blankets & bedspreads. Ad said fenced yard for the dog, which was a major factor in choosing this house. But there's a huge gap with no fence, so our dog couldn't go out there unleashed,m. Therefore we didn't use the yard, so sad. The ocean decor was really pretty, but we kept tripping over all those hazardous little throw rugs. That long lounging chair was hard to get in/out of unless you're an acrobat. ;-) We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty seamless process, easy check in. Had my 2 small dogs stay with us and the yard was nice. Not the most clean but we were only there for 3 nights so it wasn’t bad.

The advertisement was a little misleading. This is a little downstairs “apartment” in a house. There is a hot tub and fire pit in the back yard that you share with the upstairs tenants. You can hear them walking as early as 6:30 am, so don’t plan on sleeping in. It is decorated cute. It is clean and has all the amenities you need. The Boardwalk is close by for shopping and dining. The kids liked the hot tub even tho it needed cleaning. Overall it was an alright experience.
