The newly built house has a private pool and is surrounded by olive trees, carob trees, citrus fruits and fruit trees. It has two bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, an external bathroom, a large living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The house has at its total and exclusive availability a garden with a green lawn and barbecue. The veranda allows you to have lunch and dinner in total relaxation.
It is situated in a strategic position to visit other splendid beaches in the area and the baroque towns of Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Siracusa, Marzamemi where you can taste the specialties of our Sicilian cuisine.
At just 10 km the beautiful center of Pozzallo with its restaurants, pizzerias, cocktail bars along the beach, shops and supermarkets.
The house is ideal for enjoying a stay in full Sicilian spirit.

We traveled as a family of 4 with two little kids and couldn't be happier with this vacation.
The host Piero was in contact with us before we traveled and his family awaited us at the villa with cake and a full fridge.
The entire communication with him was super smooth and all our desires have been fulfilled.
We even had his father on the property next to us, inviting the kids to grab fruits at any time from his garden.
The villa itself is in a rather rural area and was tidy, clean and equipped with everything we needed.
From here you can easily reach the sicilian Renaissance cities by car or be in 8 minutes at the beautiful beaches of the south.
A great property, even greater host, sun, good food, amazing beaches and culture all around.
We couldn't ask for more.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This is the perfect Villa. Everything you need in a tranquil spot. The owners were wonderful and welcoming. We were given lots of information on the local area and even gifted some welcome treats of cake and wine.
Easy access to all the major attractions - Ragusa, Modica, Noto, vineyards and beaches
We would certainly stay here again.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner, Piero, who welcomed us with fruits from the orchard and a fresh-baked cake. He gave us information about nearby restaurants, sights and everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. The house was impeccably maintained and fully equipped. We were even able to swim in the pool, despite being there early in the season. Piero is a thoughtful and thorough host. We will definitely return there on our next trip to that area of Sicily.

The house was lovely. Well designed very clean and in a great location for visiting the baroque towns. Friendly and attentive hosts. Would recommend!
