We are the new owners of a townhouse style condo just steps to the beach, at the Kihei Akahi in beautiful Kihei, Hawaii. Perfect for those looking for an ideal getaway located in paradise. We own three of the eight units available in the exclusive A Building. Our unit has two walk out lanais (top and bottom) to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Our air conditioned condo is just steps away from one of the most uncrowded and beautiful fine-sand beaches in Maui. Hale Kamaole Beach Park II has some of the best swimming and snorkeling anywhere. There is a lifeguard station on the beach, and tide pool area on the south side, teeming with crabs, starfish, etc. It's also a great place to snorkel.
Our Kihei Oceanfront Condo
Our two story unit is a spacious, 1175 sq. ft. with a top and bottom lanai a stones throw from the beach. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths, and is fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, etc.
Whether you are planning a romantic getaway for two, the perfect family vacation, or just need a holiday to unwind, our condo is the perfect destination for you.

Everything you might need for your holiday is all within walking distance. During low season at our Kihei beach condominiums, when there are just a few dates between bookings, or within two weeks, (subject to availability), we do give special discounts. Please contact us directly for these discounts.

Are you planning a family reunion or wedding? Would you like to stay together? We have access to the similar condos that may be rented at the same time based on availability. Combined these three condo units offer comfortable accommodation for up to 18 people.
Ideal for group bookings, both units are side by side and have their own private yard for family gatherings or a romantic dinner for two.

Easy booking, easy check-in process, Excellent location, excellent full furnishings! It accommodated the 6 of us comfortably! We would definitely stay in this unit again! Would've given a five star review, but it could've been a bit cleaner. The kitchen needs a good deep cleaning, the couches/sofa beds need better cleaning, the floors under the couches & beds need not be ignored and the walls need to be cleaned or paint touch ups. Overall, the unit probably needs more frequent deep cleanings, but we weren't unhappy with our stay!

The cleanest it has been in the 3 times we have stayed there was this trip. Some updates like newer sheets as last trip they had holes and smoke decectors were installed. The onsite property management was good, and communicated when I called about a napkin with handwritten "out of order" on the washer door. The PM confirmed it was broken and they had been waiting for weeks for part to come in. The temporary solution was to let us into beighboring unit that didnt have a check in until halfway through our stay...so good news is there was a partial solution so we had clean clothes for second half of trip but bad news was we didnt have a washer second half of trip and this is a key part of why we stay in condos with W/D. I wish someone would have reached out prior to our arrival, as we would have packed more for the stay...overall the location makes up for the lack of washer and prior cleanlinest issues and worn out bedding.

When we arrived the place smelled a little musty, like the place had not been opened for a while. It was spacious and the balcony and patio were awesome. We really liked the space, the rooms and multiple bathrooms. There were many things that could and should be updated. The most concerning was the dirty carpet on the stairs but the owner informed us that it was being replaced the day after we left. If there was even just some touch up painting done, it would really give the place a new look.
We just felt that for the money, in comparison to another unit we had stayed in at the same resort, this was inferior due to being so outdated.
