About this house rental
For rent (only from May to September) small house located in the Rhuys Peninsula under the Gulf of Morbihan.
Rental address: 32, impasse de Kerfraval 56370 SARZEAU.
Rental reception: 30, impasse de Kerfraval 56370 SARZEAU.
In a small hamlet at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
This house is located near ours but it is independent.
3 km from Sarzeau and the castle of Suscinio and its large beach, and 800m from the Gulf of Morbihan.
Ideal for 2 or 3 people (max 4 adults).
On the first floor, living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet (all renovated), TV, washing machine.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (double bed in each room).
Terraces in front and behind.
Smoke detector, private parking, no WIFI.
Important: any unscheduled adult arriving during their stay will be subject to an additional charge corresponding to 50% of the daily rate per night spent.
A deposit check of €200 will be requested on arrival of tenants.
Non-smoking establishment.

A lovely Breton house, nicely renovated with everything that you will need. In a quiet location although some canine noise on occasions. Lots to see and do many cycle paths nearby leading safely to other parts of the area. Hosts are lovely, friendly and polite keen to do anything to help. Highly recommended
