6 km from Hautefort (shops), detached house of 52 m². Ground floor: Kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove in the fireplace and 4G internet connection via Airbox (prepaid card). Laundry room. Separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom: 2 single beds (90 cm). 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm). Shower room. Electric heating. Enclosed 800 m² garden (fence and hedge). Garden furniture under a pergola. Sun loungers. Barbecue. Electric griddle. Inflatable hot tub available, weather permitting, from May 1st to mid-September.
Bed linen (beds made upon arrival), household linen, heating (according to current rates), electricity, and firewood included. Towels: €10 per person per change. End-of-stay cleaning: €150. On-site parking at the property. Charming little Périgord-style cottage, tastefully renovated, located near the owners' home (a farming couple who produce walnuts and raise veal calves) and the RD704. Once you arrive at your holiday accommodation, you'll be 6 km from the Château de Hautefort, its gardens, and the Museum of Medicine; 20 minutes from the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art and the Tourtoirac Cave; and 40 km from Périgueux, Sarlat, and Brive.
