The Kitchen has a dishwasher, regular coffee maker plus a Keurig single cup maker, microwave, and all amenities. A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads to a covered patio. Spend your evenings relaxing on the patio, grilling in a privacy-fenced yard.

There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. It's a short 12-15 min ride to downtown lower Broadway. Parking downtown is expensive and hard to find. Uber and Lyft are the best and most affordable options.

This was my first experience with VRBO as well as this property. I've used other short term rental services in the past and this was similar, with the convenience of having a whole house to be in, which is very welcome after a long day, or if you just want to chill for a few days. In our case we did a bit of both and the property was perfect. The size for our purpose was good, and the property comes very well equipped with everything that we might have wanted, and then some. We will definitely try to book it the next time we are in town. Highly recommended if you are in Nashville.

Jennifer is a fantastic host. Very responsive even when contacted late at night.Great location. Very cozy, comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. Very cute back yard to sit out and drink coffee or grill out. Would absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be returning.

Feels like home away from home! Home is clean and has all the comforts of home including everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Communication with the host is great! This is our go to place everytime we are in Nashville!
