Light, bright and beautifully updated two bedroom two bath lake front Southwood Shores condo located off Horseshoe Bend.This unit is conveniently located a short drive to restaurants, the historic Bagnell Dam strip, shoppping, golf, mini golf, arcades, parasailing, go carts and more! When you are not out seeing the sights you will have easy access into condo with only three steps. Upon entering your eyes will be drawn straight to the inviting cove view.
The living room is complete wih a flatscreen TV, sound bar, Wifi, PS3 and board games.
Everything you would need in the kitchen is included: full sized refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, blender, pots and pans down to the silverware, with extras like a coffee grinder and crockpot. Guests can dine with five at the breakfast bar and two at the bistro table. Deck has a gas grill and seating for four.
Master bedroom features a king size bed, a wall of windows and a slider to the deck, also for your entertainment a TV with Roku and DVD Player.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen air mattress.
Bring your boat as this comes with a 10 x 24 slip in the community dock. Complex amenities include clubhouse, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, playground, tennis court, basketball goal, fish cleaning station, boat ramp and a swim dock, which is visible from deck of unit. Last but not least an outdoor pool with sundeck overlooking the lake with a gorgeous main channel view.

What a wonderful condo! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The beds were super comfortable. The view was entertaining with all the geese and the swim dock right below the deck. Thank you for accommodating all our needs as we took our disabled mother and she was thrilled with only 3 steps up to the door and easy access to the deck and walk in shower.
