The spacious front terrace opens up to breathtaking views of the sea, nearby islands, and the lights of Split—perfect for coffee at sunrise or wine under the stars.

Inside, the space is cozy yet thoughtfully designed. The bedroom features a comfortable 160x200 box-spring bed, a small workspace, a flat-screen TV, and a window framing the sea. A modern bathroom with a spacious shower adds a touch of comfort, while the separate industrial-style kitchen is fully equipped and can be opened completely to blend with the terrace for an indoor-outdoor living experience.
