Guests must climb one flight of stairs to access the condo
The spiral staircase may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns
Both bedrooms are located on the lower level

4:00 PM or later. (Early check-in MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)
CHECK-OUT:
10:00 AM or earlier. (Late check-out's MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)
PAYMENTS:
50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.
All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day.
The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date.
If the reservation is booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, Booking.com, etc.100% of the total booking charges are due at the time of booking or follow that site's terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests may receive a refund of the total booking amount minus the credit card processing fee if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Please note: Ptarmigan Village is unable to issue refunds or prorated refunds due to travel disruptions or delays, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, flight interruptions, or health-related issues. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available for an additional fee.

Half-way up the mountain above Whitefish, less than 10 minutes, you will find Ptarmigan Village. A nice complex with amazing wildlife at every turn. Not a day went by that I didn't see deer or fox grazing or lounging in the sun. I recommend this property.
