The property was welcoming! Pet friendly, having do many of unused pools because its s former Wyndham hotel they should allocate 1 to dogs. Place is nice but theres no restaurant or bar from Monday to Wednesday. The only thing on the rental shared with the nice host, needs urgent fridge changed it doesn't work, linens and towels. But overall with those minor changesvwould go back for a weekend.

The condo had everything we needed. Nice long walks on the beach. If staying more than a week you should rent a car. The grounds were well maintained. The little food hut was nice when it was open Thurs-Sun. A lot of cabanas and loungers available. Great communication with the host.

Great 1 BR condo in the quiet and delightful Nikki Residences. Condo was well equipped and our host was easy to reach and issues were quickly resolved. The complex has a small restaurant and swim-up bar open Thursday through Sunday. The beach is delightful, the pool is very nice and it is close to Rio Hato and Playa Blanca.aclose to Rio Hato

Very quiet beach and general area! Absolutely no fight for chairs .
Enjoyed the available food ,bar and music thurs Fri, sat and sun. The pool is beautiful large and clean .
Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen.
Despite some vacant and neglected condos, it is a place I would love to return .
