Pretty and comfortable newly built house on the ground floor.
The house has a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms
and bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6. Portico furnished for lounging and dining outdoors.
Spacious courtyard. parking space. brand new furniture.
Additional outdoor shower. Washing machine. Conditioned air. Pool with sun loungers.

located approximately 1500 meters from PESCHICI and equally from the first beach,
easily accessible because it is not passing through the country does not meet

While there seemed to be a misunderstanding about room size… our cottage was a bit smaller than I expected…all worked out well and we had a wonderful time. The pool was fantastic,our porch overlooked the Adriatic (a bit of a distance away but still fantastic). Host was very helpful and gave great directions to get to the apartment. Peschici was amazing and a return trip to city and the cottage is on the list!

The house is in a complex very friendly for family with a swimming pool and game area. The landscape from the house is beautiful. Antonio and his wife are very welcoming.
Nice holidays in this house.
