Spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, nice covered porch with access to garden and free parking inside the urbanización. The complex its just 5 minutes ride BY CAR away from the beach. Car recomended but public transport available.
Perfect house if you like to play golf,
paddle, tenis or water sports.

Very nice, lovely simpele place. It's a big and basic home. And the location is top notch. Near the beach and near good food.Up hill: the 'Padel añoret golf' where you can go to have a night snack. Way past the padel, you can go visit a village 'Benagalbón'.Down hill: is the way to the beach 'Torre de benagalbón'.You can also take the bus in front of the apartments, to the beach. The bus stops are marked on the road, just wave the bus will stop. The bus is very affordable, just buy a day card. And Google your options. take note: busses may be 20 minutes later, it's normal. If you go walking to the beach, you have to be fit, (its down hill). Up hill, *Near and on the beach there are two Lovely restaurants 'Chiringuito Al Rolo' and 'Puerto Niza Brasería'. You need to taste!Its really a good place to rest your head, chill and go back to basic. You have all you need!
