About this apartment rental
Beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The upstairs lofted bedroom has a queen bed and mounted 40 inch flat screen tv. There is a walk-in closet and a completely renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom has two xl twin (80 inch) beds with two closets and a desk. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a shower and tub. The downstairs is an open floor plan. The kitchen has a full-size stainless steel fridge with a counter height bar with three bar stools. The living room includes a comfortable couch and chair with a 40 inch flat screen tv and blue-ray dvd player. The complex has a big pool and two Jacuzzi tubs. It's walking distance to Udall park, restaurants, a grocery store, and lots more. It's close to Sabino Canyon, U of A, and a short drive to Mount Lemmon. Pool is closed until April. Nice quiet place. Everything was as advertised. Clean, well kept and comfy. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Was great for after golf!Hoping to bring my wife there sometime soon.

The location was very convenient. We were disappointed that the pool had closed for the season because that was one of the reasons we chose the property a few months back. I know this is likely beyond the owner’s control but the listing should specify that the pool isn’t open all year. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and has plenty of cookware and utensils. The carpeting, particularly on the stairs, needs a deep cleaning. Alison was helpful and checking in and out was very easy.

The pool and spa area were great. We truly enjoyed the outdoor patio. The AC worked well.

Biggest issue was that we understood no smoking inside building. We always like to have a smoke outside on a private patio to make our plans for the day. We were told (the day we arrived that the no smoking was continued even outside and even parking lot. We were stunned. We other than taking her word for it...staying in a non smoking community. She told us if we were to be found smoking or even a hint of it she would fine us an addtl. 200 bucks.
We obeyed but I must admit was beeved that outside was off limits. We wouldnt stay there again. Felt there was not full discloser at the time of booking.
