Large bonus room perfect for movie & game nights. Master bedroom has soaking tub & walk in shower! Covered patio w/ BBQ & dining. Private dock w/ 9000lb boat lift + 2 jet ski lifts. Bring your family & friends & you'll never want to leave!
The Space:
Minneapolis Beach Waterfront Home with Private Dock to swim, fish and moore your boat and jet ski's. Boat lift is 9000 lb. capacity. Jet Ski lift's are 1750 lb. capacity each. A spacious lake home with your vacation in mind with family and friends. Enjoy family movies and games in the large downstairs movie area and enjoy numerous outdoor patio areas with loungers to relax and unwind. Guest bedroom upstairs has en-suite. Bunk bed room downstairs for the kids! Multiple covered patio area's to enjoy the lake. Enjoy the sandy beach area when the lake is at it's lowest.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and lake chelan waterfront with private dock belonging to this home! Keybox is located next to the front entry door. You will be provided a code prior to check-in to get the key for the front door.
The Neighborhood:
After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries. Enjoy one of the numerous restaurants in downtown Chelan, just a few short miles from the home. In Chelan, you'll also find boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment and shopping!
Getting Around:
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months.

Please note that this home is equipped with security cameras that monitor the exterior of the home while the home is vacant. The home has Free WiFi. Chelan County Permit STR 000555.
You must be 28 years or older to rent this property. No parties, no events, no pets, no smoking. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Strict enforcement! Occupancy set to 8 people max per county permit. No unauthorized guests. If discovered, a fee of $150 per person will be charged and host may cancel booking immediately and without refund.
There are security camera's located on the exterior of the home. The house is located on the water. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use at own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of all people in their party including in home safety, outdoor safety including lake access, dock and beach area in the off season when the lake is at its lowest water levels. Keep off dock during off season for safety. Please see our terms page for the cancellation policy and more details. Any unnaproved late check out's will result in a $150 fee. Our cleaners have a full day and a set schedule in advance that needs to be respected.
VRBO and Direct Bookings: A 3% non refundable processing fee, or $150 plus tax, whichever is greater will apply to all VRBO and direct bookings, and will not be returned if the reservation is canceled.
DAMAGE WAIVER
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Valley & View prior to checking out. This was an amazing house with enough room for a large family. Excellent access to the lake with a private dock, a large TV in the basement, a great open kitchen space, a two-level patio, and ample parking. We enjoyed the diving board and the grill. We'd choose this property again!

Perfect house for a multi generational family. Great for family meals and pleat y of space for privacy. Gorgeous setting and location was perfect.
