We offer you high quality private accommodation in our authentic Dalmatian stone house with the NEW HEATED POOL and JACCUZI at the front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful front terrace with a large wooden table where you can have lunch or dinner. The peaceful and breathtaking surroundings will leave you speechless. And one of the best things - you have a garden just for yourself. You can pick fresh fruit and vegetables there!
If you are a swimmer, the ADRIATIC SEA with beautiful beaches is only 10 km away from you, and the Cetina River with its spectacular canyon is very close - 8 km. Only 10 km away from you is the city of Omis, a very small but beautiful city on the Adriatic coast. Omis is also an ideal place to spend an active vacation or simply to plan a weekend of relaxation. Regardless of your sporting preferences (be it diving, windsurfing, rafting or kayaking on calm water or rapids, hiking, climbing, hang gliding or paragliding, cycling or boating), this former home of pirates offers all of this on a background of natural beauty. And yes, 3 years ago Omis got a zipline, one of the largest in this part of Europe. For true nature lovers and those who prefer to relax in some kind of isolation, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, our oasis of calm with a touch of the mainland is the right choice.

It was a beautiful location, up in the mountains, quiet and stunning outside area and pool. Inside was very clean and Mama next door was always on hand. We (4 adults) loved it, but space indoors was limited if you have children or like a large room. And the drive up to the villa from Omiš needs confident drivers!

Great villa which was lovely and clean upon arrival. The pool is also great. If you do stay here you will need a rental car as you are up in the mountains and the road to get to the villa is steep and narrow so takes getting used to. You would need to be a confident driver. There is also a small alley you have to drive through to get to the villa which we just about got our rental car through (Jeep Compass) - any bigger and you won’t get it through so don’t get a big SUV rental. Friendly neighbours and the host checked up to make sure we were OK. Washing facilities and 2 bathrooms. The sofa becomes a sofa bed which is a big double so 2 people can sleep on it. Very nice and peaceful and great view of the mountains. A short drive (literally 10 mins) from rafting, zip lining and then the town of Omiš which has a lovely stoney beach and town which great restaurants. Would absolutely stay again thank you!

Place was immaculately clean, well equipped with toilet roll and basic kitchen supplies. Hosts relatives live near the house so when it rained they removed the wet doormat and looked after the place. Beautiful location, roads took a bit of getting used to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

We are really glad to have stayed at Duje’s house in the hills. Very informative about Omiš, which is a lovely beach town with loads of good restaurants.
Duje’s mother came twice with fresh vegetables and the neighbours in the little village are all very kind. However, none of them speak English.
The house in it self is okay: you can cook and eat in throughout the stay, but is lacking some good knives, bowls and other utilities.
We can definately recommend this house, if you’d like peace and quiet mixed with a lovely pool and the well-kept outdoor sorroundings.
